Set up keyword notifications

Keywords alert you to conversations in channels you've joined about topics that interest you. Anytime someone uses one of your keywords, you'll receive a notification and see it highlighted in yellow. 

Add words or phrases for things like the name of a project you're responsible for, or something you definitely don't want to miss out on (like the coffee order)! ☕️

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
   
2. Select Preferences from the menu.
3. Click Notifications.
4. Under My keywords, enter the words or phrases you’d like to be notified about.

1. Swipe left to open the right sidebar.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Tap My Keywords to add or edit words or phrases you’d like to be notified about.

1. Tap the  three dots icon in the top right.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Under Notifications, tap Settings. 
4. Tap My Keywords to add or edit words or phrases you’d like to be notified about.
5. Tap Save. 

You can't manage keywords from a Windows Phone. Stay tuned for updates! ✨

Note: Your keywords are not case-sensitive, so coffee, Coffee, and COFFEE will all create the same notification.

Keep in mind: Any keywords in messages from bots or integrations won't trigger notifications, but they'll appear highlighted in Slack.
